Thank you for shopping with ZipSip — the original one-size-fits-most drink sleeve that fits your drink and your lifestyle! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.
📦 Where We Ship
ZipSip currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. territories at this time.
🆓 Free Shipping
We love rewarding our ZipSip fans! Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied). Orders under $50 will be charged a standard shipping rate, which is calculated at checkout.
⏱️ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). During peak seasons, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Note for Pre-Orders: Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship once they become available. Estimated ship dates are noted on the product page. Pre-order items in the same order as in-stock items may be held until all items are ready to ship, or shipped separately — check your order confirmation for details.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Delays caused by carriers or weather events are outside of our control.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier. If you don't see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
❓ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
We want you to love every ZipSip! If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.

Ordering ZipSips for a wedding, corporate event, or team? Custom and bulk orders may have different processing and shipping timelines. Please contact us for details before placing your order.
📝 Changes to Your Order
Need to make a change? We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
